TRASH OR TREASURE

It's time for your weekly: is it "TRASH OR TREASURE"???  Here for your consideration is an old (vintage?  antique?) Cyclone Trademark Seed Sower, made in Urbana, Indiana.  So, what could you do with one of these?  Well, if its trash I guess throw it away, but, if its treasure, well then there are some possibilities.  What would you do with it?
